Qualified Shows - For 2011, you must compete in 7 shows  to qualify for year-end awards.

Worked Shows -  Requirement to qualify for year-end awards.  You must sign-up and work your event(s) at one show.  If you run all three events (barrels, poles, & goats), it's up to you whether to work one complete show or break up the events between several shows.  You can also have a friend or family member work the event for you, but you are ultimately responsible to make sure the person is there and doing their job.  A sign-up sheet will be available at each event. Please write  down the riders name you are working for.

The "Lil' Buckaroos" class is primarily for lead-line and those kids just starting to ride on their own.  We want to make it comfortable for them to walk or trot and still have the opportunity to win something. For 2011 Signup sheet will have RA  (Ride Alone) or PA (Parent Assit) RA riders will be placed over PA riders. We encourage and support all riders.

New horses/riders must qualify.  Birth dates will be tracked this year and if rider moves up in age before October, they will advance to the next class in the month following their birth date.

List Sign-up - To make it easier on our office help, we will announce each class before it begins.  If your name is not on the list before the class ends, you forfeit the run.  It is your responsibility to make sure your name is entered in the books.

Family Membership - Will be limited to blood relationships.  Parent signature is required on all memberships and day event forms. That is members 18 years or younger need to purchase a individual membership with parents signature and contact information.  18 years or over need to provide their own contact information as well as provide a membership.

Please remember to sign-up in the books.  There are 8 divisions in Barrels, 4 divisions in Poles and 3 divisions in Goats. All Progressions and New Member qualifies are updated to the Alpha postings each month prior to the next show. Sign-up volunteers attempted to check everyone’s sign up forms against the Alpha members posting.  Also as a courtesy we announce the riders in classes before each class run.

Please remember if you sign up and run in a class slower than your class you receive no points for the show.  If you sign up and run in a class faster than your class and you win money you move to that class.

As a courtesy to our ESPBRA®  member if you are unable to pick up winnings the day of  scheduled event, administrators will hold winnings one show.  It is your responsibilities to contact us to make other arrangements if you are unable to attend the next show.

We can mail checks.
